If you love fresh coffee aromas and buttery toffee then this cookie was made for you.  A vanilla bean brown sugar cookie dough loaded with coffee and toffee. It's full of amazing outside crunch with that perfect chewy centre bringing warmth and comfort in every bite. This cookie is perfectly paired with your morning coffee.


Ingredients

Organic wheat flour, sugar, butter,
free range eggs, toffee bits (contains almonds),
coffee, vanilla bean paste, leavening agent,
Pink Himalayan salt.

Drink Pairing

A nice fresh brewed cup of Coffee will pair perfectly with this coffee toffee cookie.  This combination will leave you with smooth buttery coffee notes and a dash of sweetness in every bite.

Best Cookie Ever!

This cookie was so unexpected in so many ways. The 2 flavours of toffee and coffee work super well together and it's not an overly sweet cookie which made it great in the morning with my coffee. I loved how it was super crunchy on the outside. Tasted amazing at room temperature. Can't wait to order more.
