Our cookies are PHAT a.k.a Pretty Hot and Tasty and are very oversized cookies.

All of our cookies taste great at room temperature but if your going for that warm and gooey cookie experience we recommend warming in the oven at 350F for 3 to 5 minutes or in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.

The cookies have a shelf life between 10 to 14 days.  If you won’t be eating them within their prime window please make sure to freeze them.

100%, yes!  We recommend to, especially if you won't be able to enjoy them in that 10 to 14 day window.  When you're ready to enjoy, simply pull it out and let it come to room temp, then microwave for 20 to 30 seconds or warm in the oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes. 

A Cookie Flight is a collection of 4 different cookies sold in both the Core and Lux collection. The cookies selected for each Cookie Flight is designed to give you the very best elevated PHAT Cookie experience.

Some of our cookies do contains peanuts as well as other tree nuts. Since all cookies are made in the same facility, if you have a peanut/ tree nut allergy we recommend to not consume our cookies because there can be traces of nuts.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed to keep them as fresh as possible. Then we pack them up with shredded paper for cushioning and send them in a indestructo mailer for the best shipping protection.

At the moment we do not carry any GF or Vegan options. But keep a look out, we may have a few flavours coming soon! 

All orders should arrive within 1 to 5 business days (on average 2 days) depending on your location and the service you choose at checkout.  Cookie orders must be placed by Sunday 8pm EST to guarantee shipment of your order between Monday and Wednesday the latest.  We always bake our cookies to order to ensure you receive the freshest quality on arrival.  Read more about how we ship on our Shipping Policy Page.

All of our gourmet cookies are very oversized, around 3x the size of a regular cookie and can easily be shared between 2 people, saved for later or enjoyed all to yourself.

All of our artisan cookies are made by hand in small batches.  We have a limited supply each week which generally sells out quickly.  To ensure you get exactly what you want please try to get your order in as early as possible before the cut off timeline.  New cookie quantities will upload on Monday every week.

At this time we are only shipping throughout Canada but we are planning on opening up to the US market very soon.
