Butterscotch Southern Belle
This cookie is my personal favourite recipe made with a vanilla bean, cornmeal cookie dough, loaded with buttery toffee bits, Belgian gold chocolate which naturally tastes like butterscotch and caramel, toasted marshmallows and some Frosted Corn Flakes for that extra crunch.
This cookie has the best crunchy outside with a soft, chewy center and has a perfect flavour balance of salty sweetness with the warmth of butterscotch in every bite.
Organic wheat flour, sugar, cornmeal, butter, free range eggs, Frosted Corn Flakes, toffee bits (contains almonds), Belgian gold chocolate, marshmallows, orange zest and juice, vanilla bean paste, leavening agent, almond extract, pink Himalayan salt.

I didn't think I could like a cookie so much lol. I've always been a classic chocolate chip kind of person. But now I'm all over this new creation. This is not too sweet, the perfect crunch, great presentation (it got ooh's and ahhh's from dinner guests) and big enough to share with someone....even though I didn't want to lol. Thanks for a great cookie! We'll be back for more.
